Triple Berry Smoothie

A sure fire way for the entire family to start their day filled with antioxidants and fiber and only takes a few minutes to prepare!

• 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ½ banana
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1/3 cup blackberries
• 1/3 cup raspberries
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon flax seeds
• ½ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup ice

Blend and top with a peppermint garnish (optional) and enjoy!
