• 1 cup of almond milk
• 1 frozen banana (sliced)
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon flax seeds
• ½ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
• ½ cup ice

Blend and top with a drizzle of peanut butter and chopped nuts (optional) and enjoy!
