NOAH offers enrollment assistance to individuals and families in need of health and community resources. Our community resource specialists assist with enrollment of:
• AHCCCS Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
• Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Health Insurance Marketplace
• KidsCare

Insurance and Payment

All NOAH centers provide health services to the community. NOAH accepts Medicaid (AHCCCS), Medicare and private commercial health plans. Click here to view our the insurance plans we accept.

Discount Program

NOAH accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. If you are eligible, our discount program allows you to pay reduced rates.
