Chocolate peanut butter and banana protein bowl

Choc peanut butter & banana protein bowl
• ¾ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
• ½ scoop chocolate protein powder (50-70 calories)
• 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
• ¼ banana, sliced

Mix the yogurt, protein powder and powdered peanut butter until completely smooth. Top with sliced banana.

252 calories, 25g total carbohydrate, 36 g protein.
