Our Board of Directors

Meet Our Governing Board

NOAH is governed by a consumer/community driven board. The board is a reflection of the diverse patient population served by our health center.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our all-volunteer community health center board of directors must meet all aspects of the Bureau of Primary Healthcare’s Health Center Program Expectations.  One of the key requirements of a Community Health Center board of directors is that 51% must be active users of the services provided by the organization. Patients from the communities we serve make up 51% of our board, allowing us to have community input on programs and services from our patients and local leaders.
